El campeonato de Serie B cuenta con 22 clubs, es la segunda categoria del futbol Italiano con 22 equipos. Organizado por la Lega Calcio. Al final del campeonato, tres equipos pasan a la Serie A y cuatro equipos bajan a la liga Serie C. Los primeros dos equipos pasan automaticamente a la Serie A. Si el tercer puesto tiene 10 o mas puntos del cuarto puesto, tambien pasara automaticamente en Serie A, si no el 3er, 4to, 5to y 6to puesto juegan el torneo de playoff que determinara el equipo que sera promovida a la Serie A. |
